A worktrooper client, one of the biggest and hottest e-commerce platform in Australia serve by listing hundreds of curated sale events, price drops, and vouchers for over 40 million products and users can compare retail/brand products with real-time prices to get the best deal on products of fashion, Home & kitchen, electronics, appliances, Kids & baby products, Toys & games, Sports & Outdoors, Health & Beauty, Pets, Groceries, Tools & Hardware, Stationery & Office Supply.

Gathering and uploading information with customized banners about best sales events, coupons and vouchers over millions of products become complex because of cost & time-consuming for their in-house team and e-commerce content uploading turned into an obstacle to their business growth.

Solution

Worktrooper collaborated with the e-commerce brand to accelerate and reduce in-house work load from their business by appointing 18 qualified members for backend content uploading. We divided the work into 3 segments for 24-hour operation. Firstly, two of our qualified members locate sales offers and vouchers from different websites, emails, and newsletters and input data into a Google sheet. After that, those vouchers, events and coupons are designed for their store’s use by our 3 extremely talented graphic designers. In the next step, our 10 data entry experts post and update their sales events, coupons and vouchers on their store website and they routinely upload content of more than 150 sales events and vouchers on the store that enable their customers to get the best deal with real-time pricing. Additionally, we have an accountable Quality assurance team and they ensure the smoothness of our proficiency in backend data uploading work at each step and communicate with our respective clients regularly. As if, there arises no complaint with our work and their customers remain satisfied.
